Andrew Millington

Founder & Director, ADM Project Consultants Ltd

“Tammy is a change leader who makes the most difficult things seem easy. Whether it's a clash of cultures, a lack of understanding, or fear of change, Tammy can help resolve all of these with ease.
Her book 'The Change Ninja Handbook' I have recommended at many of my presentations, and have seen these techniques embedded in organisations. This book introduces you to a familiar world that needs to change to survive, with familiar characters like the Big Cheeses and Mini Cheddars and the usual culprits all working to their own agenda. It provides the reader with many tools and techniques, and is like an adventure game that gives you options to survive or not.
Her master classes are equally as impressive and will help anyone who wants to transform their organisation or deliver complex projects. I would strongly recommend Tammy as a thought leader, a Change Ninja, and a great person to have on any team.”

Gaynor Williamson

Managing Director, Menicon Ltd

Years later, Tammy supported our organisation with a bespoke training programme that delivered our functional objectives with a huge extra injection of personal growth and development.
Tammy is friendly, flexible, and I would recommend a discussion with her if you’re looking for a fresh perspective on process improvement.”

“Having asked Tam to work with my team to introduce them to Ninja'ing, I was then privileged to take part in a Retreat with Tam and a small cohort of wonderful people who were working through life and work challenges. This experience, the tools and techniques used during the weekend, helped me to make a decision that felt so right I, and many in the room, were in tears. Tammy's approach really works.”

We have had Tammy as a speaker at a conference, and feedback was excellent with her session as the highlight of the day. Tammy has also shone in several of our improvement meetings, and I feel very lucky to have worked with her and hope to continue to do so!
I would recommend Tammy’s workshops, sessions, and just for a general chat if you are able to!”

We asked Tammy to deliver a workshop and keynote speech at our annual change conference for staff, and had great feedback for both. I’d highly recommend Tammy for anyone looking to inspire teams or individuals to manage change well.
Tammy comes with lots of ideas, tips, and support, and is really flexible in accommodating organizational context. Tammy is always keen to see where she can help and willing to offer advice and guidance to others, including demonstrations of techniques such as QUBE and Lego Serious Play.”

“Wondering why people react the way they do to your ideas? I recently completed the Change Ninja 4-day intensive. Within the first 20 minutes, you will learn 2 tools that will ensure you avoid the sabertooth fight or flight response from the people around you. The ninja approach looks at how you can change people without them knowing you are doing it. And the tools work - I have got my bucket list holiday coming up as a result of applying the learning to my private life.”

Lynn Morrice

Operations Director, BHF Data Science Centre

“Just completed the 4-Day Ninja Challenge with Tammy. Fabulous course that provides easy-to-use tools to manage change - you, your team, other colleagues, and external stakeholders. Great group of people on the course with plenty of time for sharing and reflection.
I am using the tools in my work, which speaks volumes as I usually attend a training course and then forget to apply what I have learnt!”

Claire Scull

Global Transformation Senior Director, Lumanity

“Tammy's Ninja Change workshop is pure change coaching magic! Tammy is a practical, experienced, evidence-based, and tenured change leader who brings all of this together in a highly interactive workshop environment. The small cohort works together on their real-world change challenges and learns from Tammy and each other. The running theme of how to tame our own emotional responses as leaders in change, as well as managing those of invested or resistant stakeholders, is key to achieving successful change and business outcomes. I came away with a repeatable toolkit that I deployed instantly after each workshop and got immediate results. I already noticed a change in myself, as did others, after workshop 1! I encourage everyone who leads or is involved in any form of change to attend Tammy's Ninja course.”

Susan Horn

Huge thanks to Tammy for helping me see change in a whole new light! 👏🏻”

Tammy’s 4-Day course “Becoming a Change Ninja” is a very practical course that helped me better understand how people respond to change—and how our thoughts shape the outcomes we create. I especially appreciated the insight into how the brain delivers on what we focus on. It gave me tools to influence change with empathy, clarity, and confidence. Highly recommend for anyone leading or navigating transformation. I am able to apply these principles to my life, both personally and professionally. Tammy was engaging, and she really knows her stuff. Highly recommend having a conversation with her!

Fiona Strachan

Programme Lead for the Innovative Healthcare Delivery Programme, The University of Edinburgh

I can highly recommend Tam's ninja approach to change. From the Original Change Ninja book and the team training delivered around the ninja approach to change, Tam's insights and perspective have been invaluable. Both the book and Tam's training help to build a picture of all the factors involved from multiple perspectives and allow you to think differently around change and plan more effectively.

Rita Goodbody

Agile Delivery Manager, Spektrix

Tammy was absolutely brilliant in running the Change Ninja course! Her passion was firing us up, not only during the course but behind the scenes too!
I have to say I did go to the first session thinking what new can I learn here? And I have to say - my mind was blown away by the amount of simple tools we were provided! It looked too good to be true, but then we were encouraged to go out there and try it out.
After simply picking up a couple of things we learnt, I tried it in the real world and was giggling after reflecting on it. I brought so much extra work on myself just by simply using a negative language. But after learning things like reframing - I was able to shift perspective and honestly surprise others by bringing very different perspectives, which then meant I received way less solutions that in the olden days would have left me overwhelmed.
Tools are simple and easy. It’s a lot of fun. Tammy knows how to make that space really safe, and I was looking forward to every single session!
I still have one book to read and am holding that for some special moment.
I cannot recommend Tammy’s work enough. I believe this will be highly in demand soon, so reach out and don’t wait any longer - you don’t have to stay frustrated, there is another way!

Kaylee Peneycad

Associate Director, Programmes and Change

I recently attended the 4-Day Ninja Challenge, and it did not disappoint!
Having worked in change and transformation for 15 years, I’ve done my fair share of courses/certifications. And it’s fair to say that not a huge amount has changed in respect of mainstream change management methods and models in the past few years (oh the irony).

So when I came across the Change Ninja approach, I was really excited at the opportunity to learn alongside like minded change professionals and evolve my approach to leading change.
After being on the PMO side for a few years, I felt I had become more reliant on processes and tools, and had lost focus on the people side of change - which is the aspect I enjoy the most. People make change happen, they are pivotal to change and transformation success, so this course was the right fit at the right time, to offer a fresh perspective as I moved into a new role.

I’ll be honest, I was initially concerned that I might be wedded to my old ways and not have the growth mindset I once had. So I was prepared to ‘manage myself through the change’ as we kicked off the first session.
I needn’t have worried. Tammy’s fresh perspectives, engaging delivery style, and the relevant and people-centric models she delivers are fantastic!

The course offers a bunch of new tools and methods that are easy to implement, focus on solving real problems, and deliver impactful results. I can already see results in respect of how people engage with my change initiatives, the language that I use, and how much time I save when it comes to things like writing business cases, getting stakeholder buy in, writing effective change communications, and planning my change approach.

I recommend this for anyone that is looking to gain a fresh perspective/new approach to change, to grow their toolkit, to drive better outcomes whilst saving time, and/or simply to reignite their passion for change management. The energy and enthusiasm from others on the course is infectious, and the whole experience was rewarding and highly enjoyable.
Thanks, Tammy and cohort!

Head of Business Analysis, RICS

I recently attended Tammy's Change Ninja course, having originally found her work via her 2 books (which I also highly recommend).
What I was looking for - a down to earth, accessible, and practical approach to working in the change environment that would unlock some new ways of working and thinking for me. I had already done a bunch of courses and read a whole load of textbooks, but the theory and the reality weren't quite meeting in the middle.
What I got - a refreshed mindset and toolkit! The course built on the foundations of the books and allowed me to explore a number of practical approaches, but also challenged me to consider my own reactions to change and how these, in turn, shaped the responses of others. There were some models that felt familiar, but the language and opportunity for self reflection made them feel more anchored in real life scenarios and less scary to try and apply.
There were opportunities and encouragement to practise what I'd learned in each session and to learn from others on the course as they did the same. A really worthwhile course and I'm looking forward to more opportunities to put what I've learned into practise.

I recently completed the ‘4-Day Ninja Challenge’ with Tammy, and it was amazing! A real breath of fresh air compared to other change management training I’ve done in the past, and I’ve already started using some of the tools and approaches in practice. Tammy is an excellent facilitator, encouraging us to work through real life examples with the group where we were comfortable to do so. I would really recommend this course to anyone leading change or trying to navigate significant changes.

Having read Tammy's Change Ninja books, I was keen to learn more deeply about the tools and how I can apply them. I wasn't disappointed! For the Change Ninja Challenge, Tammy delivered engaging and interactive sessions, and I've come away with some great learnings and insights as to how to approach change in a more brain friendly way. It was a very practical course with examples being shared from personal life as well as business. I also met some lovely people on the course too - bonus! Also, I've already put a couple of the tools (PETs) into practice with great success, so I can vouch for the fact that this Ninja stuff really works! Thanks, Tammy :)

Head of Change Management, Coeo UK

Tammy's Change Ninja course is fantastic. I completed the 4-Day challenge last Thursday, and I'm already reaping the benefits of some of the practical applications I was able to make, literally, live during the sessions. I was lucky to have a brilliant cohort of supportive and friendly people, massively helped by the way Tammy puts everyone at ease to make sure we all get the most out of the course. As an APMG Change Management Practitioner, it was great to add this Ninja Black Belt module to my skills. I've learned so much more about myself, my cohort, my colleagues, how to manage change even MORE effectively, and some new and interesting perspectives on the psychology of change. Valuable learning and tools which are already helping me at coeo | UK. Thank you so much, Tammy!

Senior Manager, Supply Chain Innovation, The LEGO Group

I recently participated in Tammy Watchorn's 4-Day Ninja Challenge course, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Tammy's expertise and enthusiasm shine through every aspect of the program, making it both engaging and highly informative.
One of the standout features of the course is the use of excellent real-time peer examples. These examples provide a practical perspective, allowing participants to see concepts in action and understand their application in real-world scenarios. The peer examples foster a collaborative learning environment, encouraging interaction and the exchange of ideas among participants.

Additionally, the course offers well-structured working models that are both innovative and easy to grasp. These models serve as valuable tools for implementing the strategies taught throughout the course. Tammy has a knack for breaking down complex concepts into manageable steps, making them accessible to everyone, regardless of their prior experience.

Overall, the 4-Day Ninja Challenge is a must-attend for anyone looking to enhance their skills and gain practical insights into their field. Tammy Watchorn has crafted a course that is both informative and inspiring, and I highly recommend it to anyone seeking personal or professional growth.
