Leading Humans in an AI World

A 3-day immersive programme for senior leaders who'd rather focus on leading people than following frameworks.

3-Day Residential Max 15 Participants 1:1 Coaching Included

You've been on the leadership programme. Possibly several. You've sat through the consultants, the 147-slide decks, the models with the acronyms you forgot by Thursday. Servant leadership. Transformational leadership. Situational leadership. You've collected the certificates.

And yet.

The real challenge hasn't shifted. Your people are overwhelmed. AI is coming at pace and everyone's either terrified of it or pretending they've got it all figured out. And somewhere in the middle of all this, you're supposed to be leading. Confidently. Calmly. With a strategy that actually works on Monday morning.

Here's what nobody is saying. Those courses — just like all the courses on change and project management — don't need another leadership model or framework. They are the emperor's new clothes.

"Most of us spend our time reacting and planning rationally in response to a 20th century world we recognise and understand but which no longer exists."
— Professor Eddie Obeng

You Don't Need Another Leadership Model

How you need to lead depends entirely on the type of change you're dealing with. And that changes — sometimes week to week. The good news? There are only four types. Once you know how to lead each one, everything shifts.

Painting by Numbers

You know the outcome and know how to get there.

Your job: Get out of the way. Delegate, remove blockers, and resist the urge to hover. The leadership skill here is restraint.

Making a Movie

You have a method but won't know the outcome until near the end.

Your job: You're the director. Hold the process together, course-correct as new information emerges, and protect your team from premature judgement.

Going on a Quest

You know the destination but not the route.

Your job: Hold the vision firm but be endlessly flexible about how you get there. Create conditions for safe-to-fail experiments.

Leading in the Fog

You don't know the outcome or how to get there.

Your job: Stay calm. Take small steps, see what you learn, take the next. The bravest thing a leader can say is "I don't know yet, but here's what we're doing next."

Who It's For

This isn't for change managers. This is for the people who set the direction, make the decisions, and carry the weight when things get difficult.

Making big calls on organisational change and wanting people to follow willingly, not reluctantly
Tired of hiring consultants and buying frameworks that don't survive first contact with actual people
Thinking seriously about what AI means for their people — the fear, the uncertainty, the leadership it demands
Honest enough to admit the way they've been leading change might not be the way to lead the next one
Wanting something practical, grounded, and immediately useful — not another certificate for the wall
Needing to take investors, non-execs, and board members on the journey — not just direct reports

The Journey

This isn't a three-day event you parachute into and out of. The journey starts before you arrive and continues long after you leave.

Before: Personal Diagnosis

Pre-programme

A confidential 1:1 session to understand your challenges, what's keeping you up at night, and what you'd most like to walk away with. The three days are tailored to the real challenges in the room.

During: The Three Days

Residential programme

Immersive, practical, brain-based leadership development in a carefully chosen venue, away from the noise.

After: 1 Month Check-in

Coaching session 1

Early application review. What's working? Where are you reverting to old habits? Catching the drift before it becomes a slide.

After: 3 Month Review

Coaching session 2

Deeper review. What's surprised you? What new insights have surfaced? Where's the next challenge?

After: 6 Month Horizon

Coaching session 3

The long view. What's become instinctive? What's coming next and how will you lead it? By this point, most leaders can't imagine going back to the old way.

The Three Days

Each day has a clear focus, but the real magic is in how they build on each other. One toolkit, four approaches, multiple outcomes.
