Meet the Winners of The Change Ninja Book Awards 2025

#TCNBA2025

The Change Ninja Book Awards were born out of frustration. Frustration at the endless pay-to-play award emails, frustration that only the biggest names ever seemed to get spotlighted, and frustration at how hard it can be to find fresh thinking beyond the usual echo chambers.

As an author who also struggles with the endless marketing and the whims of algorithms, I decided to do something about it. I decided to celebrate books that were recommended by real readers. The only rules being that they were indeed hidden gems and not surrounded by big marketing and PR campaigns.

And honestly? I have been blown away by the response. The nominations came far and wide and were full of fresh thinking, exactly what I had hoped for when this all began.

So today, join me in celebration. Celebration of yourselves for reading those less reviewed books, celebration of the authors who have spent time, energy, and endless efforts to share their insights with others. Let us get these hidden gems uncovered!
