The Four Modules
Module 1: Fearless Change
Your brain is hardwired to see change as a negative. Focusing on the neuroscience of change, fear, and reward, you'll learn to shift the brain from the fear/away state to the toward/reward state. Once you understand this, leading change becomes far easier — you'll have the know-how to ensure your team doesn't see change as a threat but embraces it as an opportunity.
Module 2: Change Mindsets
Explore the impact of social pain, how it manifests as emotions and behaviours, and how to shift focus to reduce the impact. You'll gain tools to avoid triggering the fear response in the first place, ensuring your change activity gets off to the very best start.
Module 3: One Size Does Not Fit All
Change comes in different shapes and sizes. Knowing the type of change you have will help you lead it much more effectively. You'll understand your preference, adapt your leadership style, learn the best time to engage stakeholders, and determine how to delegate to the right people.
Module 4: Stakeholder Perspectives & Persuasion
Despite your best efforts, you still face obstacles — often in the form of other people. This module gives you the persuasion tools to help blockers see that your change is worth embracing. You can't change people, but you can help them understand in a way that gives them fresh insights.
